Trina Schaetz is the Director of Marketing and User Experience at Project Insight, a leading online project management platform for growing companies. Known for her energy, warmth, and genuine delight in celebrating the strengths of others, Trina finds joy in creating authentic connections and spotlighting the people behind the projects. Outside of work, Trina is the host of the "Wear Your Cape to Work" podcast, a kindness activist, and an avid swimmer, hiker, yogi, and photographer. She treasures time with her family and her newest role as a grandma.

Steve West is the CEO and founder of Project Insight, a strategic PPM platform that helps PMOs and project management leaders get a complete picture of the work happening across their organizations.

Steve’s deep technical experience in IT, software development, and data structure, combined with his background in economics, has shaped how he builds PPM software to support his customers’ business success. He has spent decades working with project managers, PMO leaders, and executive teams to understand what they need to run their organizations more effectively. He is known for caring deeply about customer success, making work easier for teams, and helping leaders make better decisions with clearer information.

Under Steve’s leadership, Project Insight has been recognized by SIIA as Best Project Management Solution and has supported more than 10,000 organizations across industries.

Outside of work, Steve holds multiple Masters World Records in swimming, competes regularly in U.S. Masters Swimming events, and enjoys bodysurfing and spending time with his family.

Steve holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Economics and Communications from the University of Michigan.
