About the Presentation

In this session, I am planning to highlight how project and program managers can effectively leverage AI to enhance productivity, decision-making, and strategic impact in their day-to-day work.

In this session, I will draw some case studies from real-world scenarios. It will demonstrate how AI-powered assistants—such as Copilot and custom PM-focused AI agents—can streamline routine tasks like status reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

The presentation will highlight practical use cases and best practices that enable PMs to shift their focus from operational overhead to strategic leadership. Attendees will gain actionable insights on integrating AI into their workflows while maintaining governance, collaboration, and human-centered decision-making.

Learning Objectives:

·         Why & what of AI,

·          Crafting AI scenarios from real world use cases,

·         Demo of 1-2 AI Agents,

·         References & tools to explore
