Through a real-world case study from the PMI-OC mentorship program, we’ll show how we applied AI tools for brainstorming, used Trello for project tracking, and developed a creative strategy to clarify focus, build momentum, and achieve goals. About Sabrina Adewumi Sabrina is a multifaceted professional with over 20 years of experience. Her extensive background includes studies in Chemical & Process Engineering and Interior Design, as well as experience in Environmental Management, Business Consulting and IT Project Management. Her recent work has connected her with teams in music production, publishing, web design, video production, podcasting and tv/radio programming. She is also trained in Visual Arts and has published several Children's Picture Books. By leveraging this multi-disciplinary experience, Sabrina applies design thinking and creativity to everyday business challenges and consistently approaches every engagement thoughtfully and strategically. When not deep in designing workflows, crafting powerful presentations or mapping a project roadmap, she can most likely be found enjoying a cup of chai in a local coffee shop, browsing the garden section of a home store, or exploring the extensive coastline in Southern California where she resides with her husband and three children. |
