About Jen Skrabak

Jen L. Skrabak, PMP, PfMP, currently serves as the Chief Project Officer at Strategy+PM, a project management consulting and training company.  Ms. Skrabak is responsible for building and leading PMOs and COEs for leading technology and healthcare companies, including Oracle, Teradata, UnitedHealth/Optum, and Amgen.  Ms. Skrabak has over 18 years of professional experience and is a recognized thought leader in the project management community.  She was awarded PMI’s Distinguished Contribution Award and served as the Chair for PMI's Governance of Portfolios, Programs, and Projects: A Practice Guide, and Chair of The Standard for Portfolio Management – Third Edition.   Ms. Skrabak is a frequent speaker at conferences and currently provides portfolio management workshops around the country through Project Summit/Business Analyst World.
