Narmela Sargis

Narmela Sargis is a senior program manager with more than two decades of experience leading complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives across technology, cloud, security, finance, and business operations. Known for transforming ambiguity into structured execution, she has driven major modernization programs—including large‑scale cloud migrations, ERP upgrades, workflow redesigns, and automation strategies—for organizations such as Pacific Life, First American, Cisco, and Hyundai Capital.

Throughout her career, Narmela has built a reputation for aligning cross‑functional teams, influencing without authority, and delivering programs that improve operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and organizational readiness. She excels in stakeholder management, change leadership, and creating repeatable frameworks that scale. With deep expertise in Oracle Financials and HCM, AWS and Azure cloud services, and enterprise PMO practices, she consistently delivers measurable outcomes while strengthening collaboration across business and technology.

As President of the PMI‑OC chapter, she also leads a community of 200 volunteers and 2,000 members, championing professional development and advancing project leadership across Orange County.
