Description of Topic/Presentation: ~ Honoring Veterans Day ~ The Brand and Land Workshop is a career-development program designed to help professionals better communicate their value, strengthen their personal brand, improve their resumes and LinkedIn presence, and prepare for their next opportunity. This workshop, Brand and Land TAP (Transition Assistance Program) is adapted for transitioning military service members and veterans. The program helps participants translate military records, experience, leadership, and skills—including information from documents such as the DD214, ERB/ORB, MOS, and JST—into language that civilian employers and hiring managers understand. It will focus on translating military skills into in-demand civilian roles, resume and LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, interview readiness, and developing a practical career strategy for what comes next. For the speaker, military career transition isn't about leaving your experience behind. It's about learning how to translate its value for your next mission. Session Tips: This is a working session, using selected actual resume and LinkedIn profile information for illustration. Attendees are encouraged to have their resume and LinkedIn profile available for discussion and suggested improvements. Notes:

John Signo, PMP, PMI-ACP John Signo is the Founder of Signofied, LLC and Managing Director at InterStructure Inc., bringing more than 20 years of experience in project leadership, cybersecurity, data management, and career development. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
