Presentation Description |
Description of Topic/Presentation: “From Project Updates to Executive Impact” Project managers often communicate complex information to leaders who have limited time and need clear, actionable insights. Effective executive communication goes beyond providing a project update—it requires knowing what matters most, facilitating focused conversations, navigating challenging questions and competing priorities, and creating a clear path toward action. From Project Updates to Executive Impact will help project managers strengthen their approach to executive-level communication and facilitation. Participants will explore practical strategies for translating project details into meaningful executive messages, leading decision-focused conversations, responding to risks and questions with confidence, and driving alignment around decisions and next steps. Through a project management lens, this session will help participants move beyond simply reporting on the work to facilitating conversations that create clarity, influence decisions, and move projects forward. Learning Objectives: 1. Communicate project information through an executive lens. 2. Facilitate focused, decision-oriented executive conversations. 3. Navigate risks, questions, and competing priorities with confidence. 4. Drive decisions, alignment, and clear next steps. Career Development Resume Writing Session: Drawing on Michael Greco’s experience as a project management professional and Founder of Greco Career Consulting, this session will explore how to translate projects, accomplishments, leadership, and transferable skills into a compelling professional story. Participants will examine strategies for strengthening their résumés, positioning their project management experience for target opportunities, navigating today’s job search, and developing practical next steps for advancing their careers.
