Bio

Jeff Freeman

Leadership. Experience. Integrity. Results. These are the core principles that have guided Jeff Freeman throughout his dynamic career spanning over 25 years in IT program management and enterprise transformation. Known for delivering high productivity, operational efficiency, and tangible financial outcomes, Jeff has successfully led diverse departments, teams, and programs
across Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations.

Currently serving as PMO IT Project Manager for San Bernardino County, Jeff has held leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Disney, British Telecom (BT), Accenture, TRW, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Nestlé, Bristol Myers Squibb, and more. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Authorized PMP Trainer, and ITIL-certified expert with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder
program execution.

In addition, he is the founder and owner of Integrity Blueprint (IB). IB is an AI-native cybersecurity compliance firm. IB uses AI-accelerated frameworks, structured assessments, and compliance automation to help small and mid-size businesses prepare for cyber insurance, PCI DSS, CMMC, and cybersecurity governance requirements faster and more affordably than traditional consulting models.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering (Long Beach State), a Master’s in Software Engineering (National University), and an MBA (Pepperdine University). He is the co-founder of Innovos Robotics, Inc.—a nonprofit empowering high school students through competitive robotics—and a respected thought leader in digital transformation and disruption. He also authored Unleash the Beast In You – Go from Good to Great: The Eight Pillars of Optimum Performance (EPOP).

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys family life in Corona, CA. He is a devoted STEM judge, public speaker, and member of the Project Management Institute of Orange County, 100 Black Men of Orange County, and Crossroads Church. His passions include international travel, golf, gardening, cooking, and aerial drone exploration.

For walk-in registrations, cash or check are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and event.
