Presentation Description |
Description of Topic/Presentation: “Leading from Your Strengths...and Building a Network for Your Blind Spots” Join Trina Schaetz, Director of Marketing and User Experience at Project Insight and host of the Wear Your Cape to Work podcast for an engaging session on how to lean into a leadership style that capitalizes on your strengths. We'll focus on knowing where you naturally lead well, recognizing where you need support, and learning how the right relationships can help you lead more effectively. Trina will open with a discussion designed to help attendees think about questions like: What are you naturally great at? What do people consistently rely on you for? Where might your blind spots be limiting your effectiveness without you even realizing it? And how can stronger networking, collaboration, and self-awareness make you a better leader? The session will then shift into a live, podcast-style conversation with 2–3 guests, where Trina will explore how leaders identify their strengths, build support around their gaps, and grow through relationships, perspective, and experience. Audience questions will be part of the conversation, making the session interactive, practical, and personal.. Learning Objectives:
