October 14, 2025

Presentation Description

Description of Topic/Presentation:

“Turning Tension into Trust: Practical Conflict Resolution for Project Leaders”

Conflict is inevitable in every project—especially when deadlines are tight, priorities compete, and personalities clash. Successful project managers know that unresolved tension can derail timelines, erode trust, and damage team morale. This interactive session will equip you with practical tools to address tension early, improve communication, navigate tough conversations, and transform disagreements into opportunities for stronger collaboration.

Example Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the root causes of conflict in cross-functional and project-based environments
  2. Navigate difficult conversations with proven conflict resolution strategies
  3. Leverage emotional intelligence to foster constructive dialogue
  4. Build mutual trust and collaboration among stakeholders
