It can empower us or challenge us, pushing us to discover new aspects of ourselves and our abilities. Leadership sparks change, drives innovation, and enables us to overcome obstacles that once seemed insurmountable. As industries and societal needs evolve, so does leadership, with new opportunities for influence constantly emerging.
