Description of Topic/Presentation: PMI-OC’s Industry Affinity Groups, together with CalTech, offer a chance to play the New Zealand-based getKanban board game, which allows project teams to hone their skills in managing agile projects, development cycles, and product delivery. Teams will form during a social period where lunch will be provided and attendees will play a “ballpoint” game to get accustomed to working together while transporting balls into a bin. Then, the teams will learn and play getKanban. At the end of the game, control charts and profits are compared. You will learn:

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
