Description of Topic/Presentation: COVID pandemic has made a profound impact on all of us. It also changed many things in our lives including how we work. Working remotely is no longer a few and far between mean in a work environment and most of you possibly adapted to that mean at one point during the pandemic if not regularly or permanently by now. What was your remote working experience? Did you face any challenges? Come to the December dinner meeting to share your experience and hear how it was with CHOC (Children’s Health of Orange County) Information Services Department PMO, their challenges and successes and the tools they used to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their work. David Bobrow, PMP David Bobrow is a senior Project Manager at CHOC. David has led the execution of non-strategic and strategic initiatives as part of the PMO at CHOC’s Information Services Department. He has successfully led numerous project implementations in the areas of Revenue Cycle, Clinical Applications, Systems Integration, Information Security, and Infrastructure at CHOC for the last 11 years. Before he became a project manager, David had 23 years of experience working in IT for healthcare organizations such as CHOC, Perot Systems, St. Joseph Health System (now known as Providence), and Loma Linda University Medical Center. David holds a Computer Science degree from UC Riverside. He is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Previously David has spoken at PMI-OC events on topics such as Phase Gates in Healthcare and Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable in Project Management. |

For online registrations, we accept only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using PayPal) and payment must be paid in full at the time of registration. For walk-in registrations, we accept cash and checks only. If you register for an event online and receive an error message or are unsure if something is wrong, please send an email to support.request@pmi-oc.org as soon as possible
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
