PMI partnered with PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) to survey over 4,000 people involved in leading or facilitating the delivery of projects, programs, and portfolios in the Global Survey on Transformation and Project Management. This report also identified a “Top 10%” of organizations which produced insights into a PMO maturity index.
In this webinar we will focus on the 5 themes that comprise the maturity index and explain each one. We will also examine a few other elements of the report.
Finally, we will review ways that PMOs can act on the 5 maturity themes in order to continuously improve as well as increase their value to their customers.

Biography of Speaker
Roy Brewer, PMP, MSM, USAF Master Instructor, USAF Master Technician
Roy Brewer is a Senior Trainer and Consultant for International Institute for Learning (IIL). He is a Project, Program and Portfolio Management professional with over thirty years of practical performance and extensive successful management experience.
His project management, information technology, business analysis, organizational development, and strong leadership experiences highlight these skills obtained working with a variety of industries on complex projects. Roy also has outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
From 1997 to 2019, Roy Brewer developed project methodologies for several organizations to create standard processes to consistently deliver successful projects. He served as President for the “National Speakers Association” 2008 to 2010. Certifications include: PMP®, MSM®, USAF Master Instructor, USAF Master Technician.
