This presentation will discuss supply chain challenges and the impact of project management on supply chains. Also covered is how supply chain optimization increases cash flow, creates a competitive advantage, and increases corporate value. Supply chain challenges have negatively impacted successful projects in the past. In addition, the presentation will discuss how global supply chains can reduce lead time, risk, and cost in the future. |

Richard Montellano, President Richard Montellano has 25+ years of supply chain experience across multiple industries. He is driven to help manufacturers and distributors optimize their supply chains by lowering costs and increasing cash flow. Richard focuses on end-to-end supply chain optimization within manufacturing and distribution environments. For online registrations, we accept only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using PayPal) and payment must be paid in full at the time of registration. For walk-in registrations, we accept cash and checks only. If you register for an event online and receive an error message or are unsure if something is wrong, please send an email to support.request@pmi-oc.org as soon as possible
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
