The presentation will discuss challenges Project Managers face in making sound decisions and task management. Mike will present his advanced multitasking model and brain rewiring techniques for motivation and goal success. Affecting our decision making and priorities, our management shortcomings and failures can result from being essentially out of phase with our inner selves. The presentation will walk the audience through the step-by-step process of learning to being present, without the need for long meditations or cutting sacrifices. This sober look at what is real for us and our surrounding world, allows us to determine what we really want, and then manage and set priorities to achieve just that. Consistency of understanding, action, and follow-through results in a powerful management tool which multiplies the effectiveness of goal attainment, both personally and professionally. And the side effect is fulfillment and happiness. |

Mike Sanders, Chief Facilitator Mike Sanders is a Sr Program Manager, Change Manager, Systems Analyst, Public Speaker, Technical Writer, and Author. Mike has written five books, spoken at over 200 events and association dinners, published a PMI white paper, and penned over 20 articles on LinkedIn. He has extensive experience in project management methodologies, cross-functional and virtual team management, conflict management, process analysis, contract negotiations, business process outsourcing, vendor management, and communications. Mike’s latest interest is in the arena of harnessing our free will and personal freedom in molding strong project managers. His TED Talk on the topic of personal freedom has over 40,000 views. |

For walk-in registrations, we accept cash and checks only. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
