Amy Altomare has 15 years of experience in the service industry in roles ranging from project management, operations management, and process improvement. Currently Amy is working with the City of Hope as the Patient Services Quality Manager and Relationship Based Care Implementation Lead. She is also an instructor at the University of Southern California Center for Global Supply Chain Management teaching lean six sigma certificate courses. Throughout her career, Amy has focused on providing excellent customer service to clients/customers by producing innovative, team-driven solutions. Amy has earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and her Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through American Society of Quality.
