How to Be More Effective While Finding Greater Satisfaction

Description of Webinar

Today corporations expend a great of effort in developing happy employees assuming that happy employees are productive and profitable employees. You see this on bookshelves across the country: The Happiness Advantage, The Zen of Chasing Happiness, and I Want to Run Wild. Yet we see today, even before the events of 2020, people finding less happiness in their work, a loss of mission, and a diminishing effectiveness.

Unfortunately, most of these efforts have failed to leverage the wisdom that has been prescribed for millennia. In this presentation, William Giovinazzo will provide a simple road map on how to be more effective while experiencing greater satisfaction in tasks and projects to which we apply ourselves. Looking at both the strategic and tactical levels we will be able to define greater clarity of purpose as well as the tools to fulfill those goals.

Bio

William Giovinazzo, Author

Drawing on his 40+ years of experience in the software industry, William (Bill) Giovinazzo is an award-winning author, journalist, and public speaker. Currently Bill has several projects in development, but his most recent work, Italianit: The Eessence of Being Italian, explores the culture and history of Italians and Italian-Americans, from the time when the Greeks first colonized Italy, to the influx of Italian immigrants in the 19th and 20th centuries, to John Travolta strutting his stuff in a New York disco. It has been described by Dianna Hales as “required reading for every Italian-American as well as for all who strive to live with Italians’ joyful sense of abundance and appreciation.”

In addition to his blogs Italianita and Meditations on BI and Data Science, he is also a regular contributor to La Gazzetta Italiana and philosophy publications.
