Mike Gellman, High Five Career Coaching, CEO & Founder
Mike Gellman helps clients create the necessary clarity, confidence, and capacity to achieve amazing levels of success and satisfaction. He’s the author of Pipe Dreams: 7 Pipelines of Career Success and CEO of High Five Career Coaching. With 15+ years of talent management and organizational development experience in Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations, Mike is a career and executive coach, facilitator and trusted adviser to emerging leaders, seasoned executives, and high-performing teams.
Mike is also an ICF certified coach with a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and teaches interpersonal communication for Brandman University as an adjunct instructor. He previously established a one-of-a-kind Career Coaching & Development Center and a nationally-recognized, award-winning mentorship program that recently celebrated its 20th anniversary developing future leaders. When Mike isn’t coaching clients, he enjoys running, hiking, nature photography, volunteering, and spending quality time with his witty teenage son, Jonas.
