- Apply communication tips to break down barriers between extroverts and introverts
- How to brainstorm and leverage the strengths of extroverts and introverts
- How to leverage the strengths of an introvert and an extrovert

- Why thinking alone can be a good thing?
- Introverts, extroverts and communication
- Public speaking for introverts
- When should an introvert act like an extrovert?

- Facilitating: Get the ideas from ALL your extroverts and your introverts
- Changing Sides: Introvert to Extrovert, Extrovert to Introvert
- Designing team building events for everyone
Bio
Margaret Meloni, MA, MBA, PMP
Margaret Meloni is the owner and leader of pmStudent.com. Her focus is helping you successfully navigate art and science of project management. Margaret has supported project managers at organizations such as Occidental Petroleum, Northrop Grumman, Toyota Motor Credit, CalStart and arc.
Her background in Project Management and PMO Leadership; enables Margaret to understand that managing projects can be difficult. This is why her goal is to provide her community with knowledge and skills that can be used on the job RIGHT NOW! Her wish is to see her students take on tough projects and emerge as strong and sought after project managers.
Margaret is a contributing author to the book 101Great Ways to Enhance Your Career where she addressed the topic of conflict resolution. She has also been called upon to contribute to articles in PM Network®, the monthly magazine covering trends, tools and best practices in project management. Her blog is consistently listed on ‘Top 50’ project management blogs.
Margaret holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. and is in the process of writing her dissertation.
She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). A recipient of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) distinguished Instructor award, and the UC Irvine Deans’ outstanding service award; Margaret is a dynamic speaker, who combines inspiration, common sense and a dash of humor.

Cost
PMI-OC Members $45 pre-registered, $60 by check or cash at the door
Non-Members $50 pre-registered, $60 by check or cash at the door.
For online registrations, we accept only full payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Online registration ends at 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, before the class.
For walk-in registrations, cash or check are accepted.
If you register online and receive an error message or are unsure if something is wrong, send an email to support.request@pmi-oc.org as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and event.
