Goals (By the end of the presentation, the attendees will be able to):
- Effectively manage teams involved with handling cloud-based projects and stakeholder expectations
- Effectively plan, execute and monitor projects that involve clouds
- Help your organization and customers avoid costly cloud-based project development mistakes
- Guide your organization to effectively leverage new cloud-based capabilities
- Make clouds work for you and your project
- Avoid common pitfalls (including security issues) when using clouds
Presentation Topics:
This presentation maps the contents of key chapters to the process groups and knowledge areas in the PMBOK® Guide, allowing you to easily apply the accepted standards of project management to cloud computing.
Bio
Raghu Kuppanan, PMP
Raghu worked in the Information Technology industry for over 17 years in Project, Program and Portfolio Management. In this role, he managed large, global programs in diverse industries, including Aerospace, Telecom, IT Digital Technology and Social Media. He has played key roles in establishing Program and Portfolio Management as a recognized function in both organizations and industry, establishing Amazon Cloud Architect, Change Management and PMOs in organizations. He has also been a hiring manager for many years. In this role, he managed training and mentoring for project management staff, cross-functional teams and peers for several Fortune 500 companies..

For online registrations, we accept only full payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Online registration ends at 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, before the class.
For walk-in registrations, cash or check are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and event.
