Project Phase Gates in Healthcare
In this session, David will discuss the lifecycle of a project in healthcare utilizing the concept of phase gates. He will discuss how each of the phases which involves Initiate, Planning, Design, Build and Unit Testing, Integrated Testing, Deployment/Go-Live, and Project Closure are used during the lifecycle of a project at CHOC Children’s. He will also discuss how this process has made a positive impact on IT projects very recently at CHOC Children’s.
