In this session, we will take a deeper look into MemorialCare’s Long Beach Campus Project Portfolio. This includes the processes and tools used for project intake, prioritization and execution. We will also discuss the project and portfolio challenges presented in today’s dynamic health care environment.

Speakers

Robert Neal, Project Management Specialist and Long Beach Project Portfolio Lead

Robert Neal, MPH, PMP leads the Long Beach Project Portfolio for MemorialCare, which includes 3 of the 5 MemorialCare medical centers. He has been leading projects at the Long Beach Medical Center for more than 10 years and is a founding member of MemorialCare’s Enterprise PMO. He has over 20 years of health care experience and a Master’s of Public Health, Health Services from UCLA.

David LeBoff, Sr. Project Manager

David LeBoff, PMP is a Senior Project Manager at Memorial Care and is a co-lead of the Long Beach Project Portfolio. He has over 20 years of project management and I.T. experience.   David volunteers for the PMI-OC Mentoring Program.
