I taught myself tools like NotebookLM, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, then started teaching others — training colleagues across my organization, sitting on our AI Task Force, and consulting externally with organizations from large foundations like the American Red Cross on AI-driven transportation network solutions to smaller international cutting edge research and development firms like Kerrow Energetics. I don't just understand AI conceptually; I've driven its adoption inside a large, complex organization and watched it change how teams work.
