In this course, you will learn about the various facets of setting a Project Baseline, Updating and re-Baselining.  You will also get exposed to ES (Earned Schedule) Management through hands-on usage of the most advanced Project Management Tools and Techniques – the IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), the SRA (Schedule Risk Analysis) and automated ES Management.  ESM is a derivative offshoot of EV (Earned Value) Management.  You will learn Monitoring & Controlling concepts and theories that facilitate the appropriate updating of project plans which consider a proactive risk management.  By mastering these IMS, SRA and ES tools and techniques, you will enhance your team’s project performance and increase your credibility as a high caliber project manager and/or functional lead.

Note: Although no previous knowledge of Microsoft Project is required, we recommend bringing your laptop and downloading Microsoft Project® and Chrono™ to optimize your experience with the hands-on learning activities/exercises.
