In this presentation, we examine case studies in regulatory compliance within Health Care Life Sciences (HCLS) and Technology, highlighting challenges and showcasing best practices in project management. Furthermore, we scrutinize existing project management processes, emphasize common hurdles in delivering regulatory projects, and highlight key steps for steering regulatory projects successfully.

About Girish Srinivasan

Girish Srinivasan is currently working as a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Amazon, managing high-visibility programs with the goal of delivering cutting edge technology and ensuring compliance. He has previously worked for Big4 Management Consulting firms (Deloitte and KPMG) providing project management and consulting services to Fortune 100 companies. He specializes in Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences (HCLS) industries having worked for companies like Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, Boston Scientific, and Edwards Lifesciences.

Girish is an advocate for PMI certifications and currently holds the PMI's Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Girish is an active volunteer member of PMI Global where he has been trained to review and grade PgMP applications in the PgMP panel process. He is also an active member of the Project Management Institute of Orange County (PMI-OC) where he supports the Program Management Office (PMO) and mentors aspiring project management candidates.
