2025 PMI Orange County Board of Governors Election
Two-Year Term Beginning April 1, 2026
Overview
Nominations are now open for four (4) positions on the PMI Orange County (PMI-OC) Board of Governors, the leadership team that guides the strategic vision, direction, and operations of our chapter.
If you know a dedicated PMI-OC member who demonstrates leadership, collaboration, and commitment to the project management profession (or if you would like to nominate yourself), we encourage you to submit a nomination.
How to Submit a Nomination
To nominate a candidate or self-nominate, please email nominations@pmi-oc.org and include:
- Name of the nominee
- Nominee’s contact information
- Reason for recommending this candidate
- Your name and contact information
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for the Board of Governors, nominees must:
- Be a current PMI-OC chapter member in good standing
- Have served in a prior leadership role within PMI-OC (preferably at the Director level or higher)
Role Expectations
Board of Governors members are responsible for leading and supporting key chapter operations and initiatives. Typical expectations include:
- Managing 3–5 functional teams on an ongoing basis
- Volunteering approximately 5–10 hours per week to support PMI-OC initiatives
- Responding to chapter communications (emails, calls, messages) within 24 hours
