Bio
Eric Chien
Eric Chien is a PMO Manager at ASSA ABLOY Americas Residential, leading project managers across new product introduction, sustaining, and software initiatives in the consumer electronics smart lock industry. His organization has transitioned from a traditionally mechanical, Waterfall-based environment to one increasingly shaped by Agile practices and digital innovation.
In addition to his industry role, Eric is a volunteer leader with the Project Management Institute and brings a practitioner’s perspective on applying Agile thinking beyond delivery teams — using it as a leadership and management system to guide people, priorities, and change in hybrid organizations.

Cost:
PMI-OC Members $45 pre-registered,
Non-Members $50 pre-registered,
For online registrations, we accept only full payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Online registration ends at 10:00 p.m. PT on the Friday before the class.
For walk-in registrations, cash or check are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and event.
