Presentation Description |
Description of Topic/Presentation: “Purposeful & Generous Leadership, Building High Impact Teams through Giving” In high-stakes, high-collaboration environments like project management, the way we “give, take, and match” help and resources can define not only our success but also the success of our teams. Based on the research of organizational psychologist Adam Grant, this interactive workshop will explore the dynamics of interpersonal reciprocity through the lens of ”Give and Take”. Participants will uncover their own style of interaction, whether as a giver, taker, or matcher and analyze how these styles influence team dynamics, productivity, and leadership impact. Through reflection, assessment, and practical application, attendees will distinguish between selfless and otherish givers, developing strategies to offer support without burnout or resentment. Project managers will leave this session with actionable tools to build authentic relationships, create a culture of contribution, and lead with generosity—without compromising performance or boundaries.
