Description of Topic/Presentation: “Four Tools to Convert Communication Traffic Jams into Communication Symphonies” When you have back-to-back-to-back-to-back meetings, you are effectively in a communication traffic jam. This might not be the metaphor your management intended. It is possible to reshape your culture to resemble a communication symphony. This session shares four tools to accomplish that. Robert Snyder Robert Snyder is the founder and president of Innovation Elegance, LLC. His thirty-year career spans roles such as developer, project management, change management, sales enablement, and the performing arts. His career path includes corporate roles, consulting roles, startups, PMP, and Agile certifications. He’s performed in numerous vocal, dance, and theater ensembles. Robert earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
