In an ever-changing world, project professionals are faced with the challenge of leading diverse teams with varying personalities, needs, and goals. This dinner meeting session will explore how Emotional Intelligence equips leaders to manage themselves and others effectively, fostering a culture of mutual trust and respect. By sharpening skills in adaptable communication and active listening, managers can unite their teams to meet and exceed deadlines, avoid drama and miscommunication, and lean into progressive change with confidence. Strong leaders are not only decision-makers but empathetic listeners who create an environment where trust thrives, empowering their teams to navigate both internal and external challenges while consistently driving results.
