“Navigating "Empathy in Action: Harnessing Emotional Intelligence to Lead, Influence, and Unite Teams for Success"

In an ever-changing world, project professionals are faced with the challenge of leading diverse teams with varying personalities, needs, and goals. This dinner meeting session will explore how Emotional Intelligence equips leaders to manage themselves and others effectively, fostering a culture of mutual trust and respect. By sharpening skills in adaptable communication and active listening, managers can unite their teams to meet and exceed deadlines, avoid drama and miscommunication, and lean into progressive change with confidence. Strong leaders are not only decision-makers but empathetic listeners who create an environment where trust thrives, empowering their teams to navigate both internal and external challenges while consistently driving results.

Learning Objectives

  • Share adaptable communication strategies to reduce miscommunication, resolve conflicts, and lead team collaboration.
  • Practice emotional intelligence techniques to build trust between teammates and drive high performance in a professional environment.
  • Discuss collaborative team practices to create a workplace culture where each team member feels heard, valued, and motivated to contribute according to their skills and role.
  • Execute proven strategies to foster mutual trust, navigate challenges, and manage yourself and teams effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
