Senior Executive for Enterprise Solutions and previously Chief Projects Officer and Vice President Global Project Management Services, Instruct and teach project management principles and skills to thousands of seminar and class participants. Create and focus cultures on the PM approach, Portfolio Management, and lead the discipline of enhancing PMO services and maturity. Developing programs and curricula using technology enabled learning products. Trains, mentors and consults across various industries in top leading organizations worldwide.

PM Solutions / PM College, Chadds Ford, PA, 2016 – 2017
President. Led the company’s change roadmap while enabling global organizations to drive their strategic transformations, performance, and operational efficiency. Ultimate accountability for integrating the global strategic direction and performance of the consulting, training college, and research divisions. Orchestrated thought leadership around PMO services and maturity offerings and the associated organizational capability improvements.

Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2014 – 2016
Strategic Advisor (Previously Executive Director CPMO). Key responsibility centered around building the internal capabilities necessary for supporting operational simultaneous one-of-a-kind 4 Nuclear Power Plants New Build. Main attributes included leading ENEC’s portfolio governance, program methodology utilization, and projects health checks. Directly managed a core team and organizational experts. Ensured strong foundation for the EPMO fundamentals. Enabled the adherence to the strategy house and organizational strategic objectives.

Booz Allen Hamilton, USA and Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2009 – 2014
Senior Program Management Expert. Drove dynamic program implementations, capabilities assessments, and program management frameworks creation across accounts. Co-led the development and roll out of advanced innovative PMO Intellectual Capital and re-launched the Firm’s portfolio solutions and PMO business in the Middle East / North Africa.
