Main attributes included leading ENEC’s portfolio governance, program methodology utilization, and projects health checks. Directly managed a core team and organizational experts. Ensured strong foundation for the EPMO fundamentals. Enabled the adherence to the strategy house and organizational strategic objectives.

Booz Allen Hamilton, USA and Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2009 – 2014
Senior Program Management Expert. Drove dynamic program implementations, capabilities assessments, and program management frameworks creation across accounts. Co-led the development and roll out of advanced innovative PMO Intellectual Capital and re-launched the Firm’s portfolio solutions and PMO business in the Middle East / North Africa.

Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
