By integrating these strategies into your project planning, you can proactively manage risks, improve stakeholder engagement, and drive better outcomes. Join us to learn how to make your projects more predictable, effective, and—dare we say—lucky!

Betsy Stockdale is a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), where she specializes in defining project requirements, optimizing scope, and ensuring successful project delivery. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked with industry leaders like The Walt Disney Company and Dell, bringing a wealth of real-world expertise to her work.

Betsy thrives on coaching and mentoring in requirements elicitation and analysis, helping others master the art of crafting clear, effective requirements. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with her hands-on approach, makes her a trusted expert in the field.

Fun fact: Betsy earned her PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® certification as part of PMI’s pilot program—one of the first to achieve this credential!
