The presentation identifies these challenges as well as provides tools to overcome them. Armed with these techniques, navigating an organization becomes much more pleasant and provides a foundation for growth, success, and happiness. This presentation provides actionable tools to overcome challenges. With these techniques, project managers can navigate organizational dynamics more effectively, fostering growth, success, and team cohesion. Mike Sanders, MA, PMP, CSM, CAC Mike Sanders is a Senior Program Manager for American Express and accomplished author. He has presented on business management and personal development topics for over 15 years at corporations, symposiums, conferences, business associations, agencies, and governments. For walk-in registrations, we accept credit cards (no cash). Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
