Bio
Shaundra Toy, PMP
Shaundra Toy is currently working as a Solution Engineer for Clari, a technology company working with Artificial Intelligence in the Sales Process. She recently completed a certificate course in Human Centered Strategy, Design and Activation which is the subject she will be covering this year. She has taught Advanced Technical Seminars for the past 6 years on subjects related to her education, certifications and work experience, including: Change Management (2019), Building Professional Services (2020), Integrative Problem Solving (2021), UX 101 (2022), Storytellin (2023), Artificial Intelligence in Project work (2024).
Inspired by the complexity of systems and their flow, her 2021 Tedx Talk “Catching the Wave of Organizational Change” explores the Who-Why-How-What of organizational change, which when strategically implemented together can produce a rapid change initiative that is highly successful, less painful, and more fiscally responsible.

The ATS will be delivered via online webinar. The link will be sent to all registered attendees on the Friday before the ATS
Cost:
PMI-OC Members $45 pre-registered,
Non-Members $50 pre-registered,
For online registrations, we accept only full payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Online registration ends at 10:00 p.m. PT on the Friday before the class.
For walk-in registrations, cash or check are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and event.
