Description of Topic/Presentation: This workshop identifies the most important Power Skills to master on projects and in the workplace to promote accountability and to learn how to think and act to achieve the success you most desire. Your personal limitations at work and across your life are directly impacted by your willingness and tenacity to deliberately embrace and execute on these Power Skills. Implementing some of these Power Skills may initially cause your palms to sweat and your heart to race. But if you choose to strive to be the best version of you, this 4-hour workshop and Neal’s new book from which it is derived, Power Skills that Lead to Exceptional Performance, can serve as a valuable mentor that you can return to for advice, encouragement, and inspiration for years to come. This workshop is for leaders, those who aspire to be leaders, and all employees who desire to take their performance to a higher level. Neal Whitten, PMP® Neal Whitten, PMP, is a consultant, trainer, mentor, speaker, and author in the areas of power skills and leadership, project management, team building, and employee development. He is the author of eight books, has written over 150 articles for professional magazines, and was a contributing editor of PMI’s PM Network® magazine for over 15 years. He has presented to thousands of people from across hundreds of companies, institutions, and public organizations worldwide. Neal has been a Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 1992. |

For walk-in registrations, we accept cash and checks only. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
