Description of Topic/Presentation: Managing a project is relatively easy compared to leading people. Getting things done right the first time, getting people to do the things that need to be done because they want to do them, creating a team environment that delivers a sense of accomplishment, and results. These are the marks of effective communication from a people leader. During this interactive session you will walk away with steps to take to improve your communication and be a more impactful people leader. Jonathan Seitz, President, Bellwether Training, LLC | Partner, Crestcom Southern California Jonathan began his career in the Not-For-Profit sector as a trainer and educator before transitioning to the corporate world. Since that time, he's been on the executive team of two global corporations, as well as having owned and operated successful startups spanning a variety of verticals. He became an Area Representative for Crestcom in Southern California more than nine years ago and has grown the CrestcomSoCal network throughout its 10 counties. |

For walk-in registrations, we accept credit cards (no cash). Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
