Presentation Description |
Description of Topic/Presentation: Navigating the AI Frontier for Project Management In this presentation on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in project management and business analysis, we embark on a journey through the multifaceted applications of AI. Starting with a broad overview, we explore AI's general uses in fostering creativity, enhancing productivity, and facilitating data analysis. Delving into practical tools and plugins, such as ChatGPT, Bard, and PMI's AI Assistant, we uncover their potential in optimizing results through prompt engineering. Addressing concerns around privacy and ethics, we advocate for a balanced approach to AI utilization. The highlight of the presentation is a live demo showcasing the capabilities of basic ChatGPT in project management and business analysis. The presentation ends by inviting experimentation and curiosity, followed by an interactive Q&A session fostering dynamic idea exchange. FYI, this summary was drafted with AI! Learning Objectives:
