2024 March ATS -- 4 PDUs
Presentation Title:
"Mastering Effective Communication in Your Project Deliverables".
Presentation Description:
This interactive session helps you learn how to make plans that help you lead the project effectively and communicate important information clearly. For example, you decide what "success" means for your project, and use that definition to guide all other aspects of the project. By identifying important topics, risks and messages for your project, your project management paperwork can really help you and your team achieve your goals more effectively.
