Description of Topic/Presentation: “Messy, uncomfortable, difficult”–may be some of the words you’ve used to describe a conversation you’re avoiding. Courageous conversations are essential for effective project management, yet we all know they can be challenging. At this dinner meeting, we’ll discuss how to approach sensitive topics like employee performance, stakeholder expectations, and ethical issues, with confidence and empathy, enabling you to build stronger relationships and influence. You will gain tools and strategies for improving your self-awareness and emotional intelligence, which are key to making a positive impact on your team and project’s success. Learning Objectives:

Belinda Aleman, M.S., Advocate | Higher Education Leader | Counselor Belinda is a trained counselor with over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, specializing in sales, marketing, and customer success. She centers people to power strategy and performance. For online registrations, we accept only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using PayPal) and payment must be paid in full at the time of registration. For walk-in registrations, we accept credit cards (no cash). If you register for an event online and receive an error message or are unsure if something is wrong, please send an email to support.request@pmi-oc.org as soon as possible
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
