Description of Topic/Presentation:

Successful Agile projects require collaborative teams who strive for high-performance. This workshop describes the Essential Skill of Teamwork and illustrates how leadership styles can guide team evolution.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Define an Agile project.
  2. Examine the team performance curve.
  3. Identify DISC as a model of team roles.
  4. Learn the characteristics of a collaborative team.

Speaker Bio(s)

Victor Bonacci, Coach, Trainer, Podcast Host

Victor Bonacci is currently a senior consultant (Agile Coach) at LeadingAgile and Certified Scrum Trainer / Agile facilitator at RocketNine Solutions.  Hestarted his career as a filmmaker, then worked a few years as a teacher before moving into software development. He grew into project management roles, but working as an Agile coach, facilitator and trainer is clearly the "sweet spot" where he is most effective, passionate, and happy.

This session will be delivered via online webinar. The link will be sent to all registered attendees on the Tuesday before the dinner meeting begins.

For walk-in registrations, we accept cash and checks only. Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
