The PMI-OC chapter invites professionals and stakeholders to hear member speaker Einstein Exequiel share experience and best practices concerning vendor selection and the request for proposal process. Attendees will learn how to integrate the request for proposal process into their projects for maximum impact and best results. Knowledge of requirements and common challenges will be shared together with strategies developed and lessons learned, so that project managers can understand stakeholders and promote effective processes. PMI-OC’s Industry Affinity Groups program is helping Orange County to “hear and answer the need for projects” by making connections among project managers and industries for maximum impact to local business and clients everywhere. With rapid change the need for projects is great and the time is now to align project management professionals to answer that need. At this event you will meet other project managers or industry stakeholders while learning about and discussing current events and project needs. |

For walk-in registrations, we accept cash and checks only. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and the event.
