Problems can stall and break a project and solving them is a powerful skill for project managers. In this event a Wicked Problem Solving® practitioner will share a hypothetical root cause analysis based on real experience within the aerospace industry to illustrate how wicked problems are best solved by many people working closely together with visual expressions. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
