Bio
Amy Altomare
Amy Altomare has 12 years of experience in the service industry in roles ranging from project management, operations management, and process improvement. Currently Amy is working with the City of Hope as a part of their Enterprise Project Management and Process Improvement Team. She also is an instructor at the University of Southern California Center for Global Supply Chain Management. Throughout her career, she has focused on providing excellent customer service to clients/customers by producing innovative, team-driven solutions. She attended UC Irvine for her bachelor’s degree and USC for her Master’s degree; she has also earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI and her Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ.

Cost
PMI-OC Members $45 pre-registered, $60 by check or cash at the door
Non-Members $50 pre-registered, $60 by check or cash at the door
For online registrations, we accept only full payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Online registration ends at 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, before the class.
For walk-in registrations, cash or check are accepted.
If you register online and receive an error message or are unsure if something is wrong, send an email to support.request@pmi-oc.org as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled no later than 10 pm PST three days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative fee. To cancel, send an email to registration_cancel@pmi-oc.org and include your name and event.
