Kristine A. Hayes Munson, MBA, PMP, CIA, CISM, is an IT leader with a proven track record of successfully completing projects in the financial services industry. She specializes in implementing high-profile, cross-discipline projects resulting in deliverables aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. She oversees a risk and compliance program balancing internal controls, regulatory requirements, information security best practices, and entrepreneurialism. She serves as a member of the University of California Irvine Division of Continuing Education project management certificate program’s faculty. PMI-OC recognized Ms. Hayes Munson, who is a former board member and two-term chapter president, as a PMI-OC Fellow. She continues to volunteer by supporting the Fellows Nominating Committee and New Member Orientation team.

My experience with PMI Orange County started in 2003. In 2009 I started volunteering in several ways at meetings including as Chapter Representative for the SoTec conference that the Chapter co-sponsored with other professional groups.  I continued with the SoTec team until 2019.

My service on the BOG, started with finance governor in 2010, for two terms and then as President in 2012. Additional terms followed as past president, elections chair and planning teams for conferences.

I fully retired in 2018 after a 40+ year career in manufacturing, it management and consulting. I am proud to be a member of PMI-OC. Background Info:

Narmela Sargis is a Senior Program Manager / Portfolio Manager with over 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Currently working on title insurance automation for First American Financial. Previous experiences include managing the migration of 700+ applications to the cloud at First American. Managed the upgrade of all legacy systems in Town of Hempstead (Long Island) to the Oracle Fusion. Extensive experience as IT Program Manager working at Cisco (16+ years). Managed an $85 million budget for the Data Services organization at Cisco.
