About the Presentation

Organizations encounter change failing to stick repeatedly, leading to a lack of engagement, swirl, and rework. With change being a constant in organizations, individuals are tasked with managing change and often do not have the knowledge or support they need to be successful. This leads to feeling discouraged in abilities and significantly impacts goals and outcomes. In response, a Project Support Center was created with project managers dedicated to nursing projects, offering customizable levels of project support tailored to meet the diverse needs of staff and leaders engaged in various types of interdisciplinary project work. This includes project management support, training, coaching, tools, and templates throughout the life of a project. Understand the key role a project support center can have in supporting interdisciplinary projects.

Learning Objectives:

·         Discover how a Project Support Center can support interdisciplinary projects within healthcare organizations.

·         Describe the benefits a Project Support Center can provide in the support of operational leaders implementing successful and sustained change.

·         Learn key elements that can build a successful Project Support Center.

·         Be able to build a Project Support Center proposal for your organization.
