Viji Gururajan is a PMP and CSM certified project manager and she has worked at both Fortune 500 companies and the public sector. She has diverse experience in the software and health care industry managing large complex projects. Viji has a deep passion for giving back to her professional community and helping the local community to grow and expand their skills as project leaders. She is currently the Vice President of Member Relations for the Sacramento chapter of the Project Management Institute and has been an active volunteer since 2011.

During his career in Project Management, Brad has worked within various business units and PMOs as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager and Consultant. He has extensive experience providing project management, oversight and sponsorship on large, complex, global system-related implementations utilizing various forms of technology. He is a member of the Sacramento SharePoint User Group (SPUG) and has also earned his Web Application Developer Certification from California State University, Sacramento’s College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Kevin Dixon, (PMP)®, (PgMP)®, (PfMP)® is the Director of Program Management for the Fluid Systems Division of Parker Aerospace. He is the functional leader for a global team of project and program managers who develop aerospace fuel systems. His great passion for program management began working at Kennedy Space Center as part of the Space Shuttle PMO. He is a member of the Parker Aerospace Program Management Leadership Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, graduate degrees in Computer Engineering, Bioengineering and Aerospace and is currently in a doctoral program at California Southern University. Mark C. Layton, known globally as Mr. Agile®, is an organizational strategist and PMI certification instructor with over 20 years in the project/program management field.
