Presentation Title:
Facing Conflict with Flexibility
Presentation Goals:
Wednesday -- March 24, 2021 -- 6:00-7:00 PM
PMI-OC invites and welcomes all our chapter members to join the upcoming Membership Town Hall event.
Today corporations expend a great amount of effort in developing happy employees assuming that happy employees are productive and profitable employees. You see this on bookshelves across the country: The Happiness Advantage, The Zen of Chasing Happiness, and I Want to Run Wild. Yet we see today, even before the events of 2020, people finding less happiness in their work, a loss of mission, and a diminishing effectiveness.
Unfortunately, most of these efforts have failed to leverage the wisdom that has been prescribed for millennia. In this presentation, William Giovinazzo will provide a simple road map on how to be more effective while experiencing greater satisfaction in tasks and projects to which we apply ourselves. Looking at both the strategic and tactical levels we will be able to define greater clarity of purpose as well as the tools to fulfill those goals.
