Bio

Jwyanza Watt

Jwyanza is Director - Finance Billing Operations at AT&T. He is responsible for Consumer Biller Consolidation and Transformation. This involves moving to a single billing system for all consumer products, including the integration of DTV.
Prior roles for Jwyanza include:
● Director – Process & Quality: Jwyanza led a team of 6-sigma black belts responsible for identifying waste in the U-verse order to installation processes.
● Director – AT&T Towers Operations: prior to the sale to Crown Castle, Jwyanza helped build the Tower portfolio. In this capacity, he managed an operational team of 60 resources responsible for construction and co-location requests for over 9,500 AT&T owned cellular towers.
Jwyanza began his career with Cingular Wireless in the Supply Chain organization. Prior to that, he earned degrees in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University (Bachelors) and Georgia Institute of Technology (Masters). Upon graduation, he worked at General Motors in Detroit, Michigan before coming to Cingular.
Jwyanza is married to his wife, Dawn, and they have 3 sons: Jaden (13), Dillon (11) and Bryson (10). He is very active in his community in Atlanta. In addition to coaching his kids’ sports teams, Jwyanza supports two non-profits that focus on ending domestic violence and funding college education for foster children.
