Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) are more and frequent these days. Many companies of all sizes go through M&A and each company has its own mandate, specific set of challenges and unique project management needs.

The topic covers the nature of M&A specifically for Supply Chain management and challenges during and posts M&A, and how to mitigate the risks and steer the projects to success.

Prashant Kulkarni, PMP

Prashant Kulkarni is a senior Business Transformation leader with proven expertise in M&A activities, Global Services Management, leading Global Enterprise Systems implementations, and providing cutting-edge technological solutions.  Prashant has extensive experience in providing solutions in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial areas. Prashant brings Big 4 consulting and Fortune 100 industry experience.

Prashant’s work experience spans across Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Aerospace, Specialty Chemicals, Food processing and Manufacturing industries. Prashant was invited to speak at various symposiums including ASUG conferences, PMI seminars, LogiPharma conferences, and American Biomanufacturing Summit, to name a few. His white papers have been published in leading industry publications.

Prashant holds Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Control. He is PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Reservations must be canceled no later than 10 pm PST two days prior to the event in order to receive a refund. All cancellations (including duplicate registrations) are subject to a 10% Administrative Fee.
